Every order is made especially for you after you place it. Because our products are made on demand, production takes a little longer than mass-produced items.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

During holidays or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

These are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Product type
• Destination
• Number of items ordered

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages because products may be manufactured and shipped from different fulfillment centers.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays caused by:

are outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

• Your order number
• Photos (if damaged)

We'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
